5 Dead-Simple Camp Meals You Can Cook in 15 Minutes or Less

(No chef skills required – just fire, a pan, and gear from the store)

1. One-Pan Breakfast Tacos (8 minutes)

•  What you need: Tortillas, chorizo (or bacon), eggs, shredded cheese, salsa packet

•  How: Cook chorizo in your cast-iron skillet (we sell the perfect 10-inch pre-seasoned one). Push it to the side, scramble eggs in the same pan, warm tortillas on the edge for 10 seconds. Load, wrap, eat. Zero dishes.
Pro move: Keep everything in one of our Stackable Food Bins, so it’s grab-and-go.

2. Campfire Quesadillas (6 minutes)

•  What you need: Flour tortillas, shredded cheese, canned chicken or pepperoni, salsa

•  How: Butter the outside of a tortilla, fill with cheese + meat, fold. Cook 2–3 minutes per side directly on the grate of our Portable Propane Smokless Fire Pit w/cover and carry case or in a skillet. Slice our your pocket knife. Kids demolish these faster than you can make them.

3. Cheater’s Shrimp Boil (12 minutes)

•  What you need: Pre-cooked shrimp, small red potatoes (pre-microwaved 3 min at home), corn on the cob (cut in thirds), Old Bay in a shaker

•  How: Foil pouch or our Dutch Oven. Throw everything in with a splash of water and a pat of butter. Set on coals or stove for 10 minutes. Dump on the table—no plates needed.

4. Walking Tacos (5 minutes – literally)

•  What you need: Single-serve chip bags (Doritos or Fritos), seasoned ground beef (pre-cooked at home), cheese, lettuce, sour cream packets

•  How: Brown the beef at home, freeze it in a zip bag, reheat in boiling water or skillet. Crush chips in the bag, slice open the top, dump in toppings. Eat with a fork straight from the bag. Cleanup = toss the bag.

5. S’mores Dip (10 minutes, feeds the whole crew)

•  What you need: Chocolate chips, marshmallows, graham crackers

•  How: In your cast-iron skillet, layer chocolate chips, top with marshmallows. Set on low coals or stove 6–8 minutes until gooey. Everyone dips crackers straight in. Use our Oven Mitts so nobody burns a hand.

All these meals live happily on our Heavy-Duty Camp Table and clean up in the Collapsible Sink. Stock up on the pans, pouches, and bins you need

Which one are you trying first? Let us know in the comments — we’re always hungry for new favorites!
